Hey y’all and welcome! I’m Meredith and this is my husband Jason. I am originally from good ol’ Indiana and he’s a native to Jacksonville, Florida. We love living in Florida. The lifestyle is laid back and the weather is gorgeous for the most part, plus there is no snow! The girls love to be outside at the beach, pool, park… well just about everywhere.
Together we founded LiveThriveBe. As parents, we are always striving to live a life of health and happiness. After talking to our friends we found they were in the same boat. So here we are today, discussing how to navigate the world of better health but on a realistic and authentic level.
